HITECH INITIATIVE PROJECTS
We are staffing Ambulatory EHR implementation projects which have been stimulated by the HITECH Act. We just received notification that we've been selected to provide resources for these projects. We are putting together our initial Core Team for these projects. The majority of the work may be performed remotely, on a part-time basis (10-15 hours per week). These projects are expected to run for approximately one year, with probable one-year renewals thereafter.
We are seeking individuals who have skills in the following EHR suites: Sage, Greenway, Allscripts, NextGen, MDland, eClinicalWorks, AthenaHealth or MiSys. We are looking for experience in the following areas: vendor selection, workflow redesign, HIPAA rules and regulations for privacy and security, interoperability, verification of Meaningful Use, test case development and code correction (working with vendor), project management of implementations, patient data conversion, Hardware and network selection, and practice readiness assessment.
